New World Villages has provided many scholarships to needy students in the Toledo District of Belize. These students generally come from families that have many children, and the parents cannot afford to send the children to school. New World Villages believes that a major factor in escaping the cycle of poverty is for the children to gain an education. We are pleased and proud to be able to provide scholarships to these children from donations generously given by our benefactors (meaning you!).
